The EVT is meticulously engineered to replicate the complexity of human vascular systems, offering a detailed silicone vascular model encased in a humanoid shell, a pulsatile pump, a simulated C-arm, a DSA imaging system, and a 4-channel blood pressure monitoring device. - The EVT is utilized for neurovascular simulations, including angiography, aneurysm treatments with coil embolization or stent-assisted techniques, thrombectomy procedures, and carotid artery stenosis interventions.
- In the realm of coronary interventions, the trainer simulates coronary angiography, treatment of stenoses, bifurcations, chronic total occlusions (CTO), and calcified lesions, accommodating a variety of interventional devices such as stents, balloons, catheters, and guidewires.
- The EVT is adept at aortic interventions, simulating abdominal aortic aneurysm repairs and stent deployments, and it is equally proficient in peripheral artery interventions, offering a realistic platform for practicing with a range of peripheral devices.

Components Features
- Silicone Model: The full-body vascular model is designed based on real human CT or MRI data and manufactured by adopting 3D reconstruction technology. The model utilizes a special soft silicone material independently developed by our company, which closely resembles the elasticity and friction coefficient of real human vessels. The model consists of a transparent humanoid shell and base, as well as transparent soft silicone blood vessels and water circulation system at the bottom. The entire vascular system features modular design, each module can be customized and replaced according to your requirements.
- Simulated DSA Imaging Software: This software is independently developed by our company to simulate X-ray imaging. When used in conjunction with our silicone vascular model, it can replicates realistic vascular angiography, thereby providing an accurate reflection of the location and severity of vascular lesions. It assists customers in diagnosing conditions and evaluating the performance of medical devices.
- Simulated C-arm: The equipment is fully electrically controlled and can simulate the movement of a C-arm. It’s equipped with a high-definition camera, it can automatically adjust the focus, ensuring the precise positioning, flexibility and easy operation.
- 4-channel BP Monitoring Device: This device allows real-time BP monitoring and display of pressure curve variations by simultaneously connecting with sensors.
- Pulsatile Pump: The pulsatile pump adopts a split design, including a control box and a transparent acrylic water tank. It is equipped with a high-definition capacitive touch screen, enabling adjustment of various parameters such as fluid temperature, pulsation frequency, pressure, flow rate and other parameters to achieve a simulation of the human blood environment.

- In the Neurovascular section, various aneurysms, embolisms, stenosis, carotid artery tortuosity, and other lesions can be tailored to different numbers and locations.
- In the thoracic aorta, lesions like stenosis, bifurcations, embolisms, calcifications, CTO, and other lesions can be customized. They can also be substituted with Type II arch, Type III arch, and anomalous arch (aortic arch malformation).
- Within the abdominal section, different numbers and locations of aneurysms, stenosis, and embolisms can be personalized. Additional arteries such as the hepatic artery, splenic artery, gastric artery, renal artery, superior mesenteric artery, inferior mesenteric artery, intercostal artery, etc., can be included. The structure can be simplified or made more complex based on your requirements.
- In the lower limb section, various aneurysms, stenosis, embolisms, and other lesions can be customized in the iliac, femoral, and calf arteries. We have the capability to customize the model using data files provided in formats like CT, CAD, STL, STP, STEP, etc.
